Salary:

• Assist in organizing, developing, and delivering technical training sessions for new technical support interns and placement program candidates.
• Lead foundational training modules on

  Hardware, Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP), and OS basics (Windows/Linux).

• Provide one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and support to trainees, ensuring they develop strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Help prepare and maintain updated training materials, manuals, and practical lab exercises.
  

• Experience:

  0-1 year in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or relevant training/mentoring roles. Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Technical Base:

  Strong foundational knowledge of IT concepts, Computer Hardware, and Networking.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and presentation skills are a must.

• Language:

  Fluency in Telugu is strongly preferred

  for effective communication with local candidates.

• Certifications (Highly Preferred):

  Candidates with or pursuing certifications like

  CCNA, CEH, CompTIA A+, or Networking Certifications

  will be prioritized.
