The Idea Gen Technologies is looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Technical Support Trainer to join our team in Nageram, Bapatla District, Andhra Pradesh. Location: Nageram, Bapatla District, Andhra Pradesh Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Company-Provided Accommodation What You'll Do: Assist in organizing, developing, and delivering technical training sessions for new technical support interns and placement program candidates. Lead foundational training modules on Hardware, Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP), and OS basics (Windows/Linux). Provide one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and support to trainees, ensuring they develop strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Help prepare and maintain updated training materials, manuals, and practical lab exercises. What We're Looking For: Experience: 0-1 year in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or relevant training/mentoring roles. Fresh graduates are welcome. Technical Base: Strong foundational knowledge of IT concepts, Computer Hardware, and Networking. Communication: Excellent verbal and presentation skills are a must. Language: Fluency in Telugu is strongly preferred for effective communication with local candidates. Certifications (Highly Preferred): Candidates with or pursuing certifications like CCNA, CEH, CompTIA A+, or Networking Certifications will be prioritized. Why Join Us?
