w:As a Gig Worker in Customer Support, you will be responsible for helping customers with inquiries, troubleshooting product issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. This role offers flexibility and is ideal for those with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service

Key Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat with professionalism and accrue
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for products, including lawn mowers, chainsaws, and other power equipment
  • Guide customers through product setup, maintenance, and repair solution
  • Escalate complex issues to technical support or appropriate departments as need
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and solutions in our support syst
  • Stay informed about client products, updates, and best practices to deliver exceptional support

Requirement

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approx.
  • Basic technical understanding of outdoor power products and their us
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to guide users through technical its
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is an advent
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable device for remote work

Preferred Qualification

  • Knowledge or experience with outdoor power equipment.
  • Technical aptitude or experience in troubleshooting mechanical or electrical devices
  • A background in landscaping, forestry, or gardening is a plus.
