Job Description

As a Technical Support / Service Desk at the Bangalore office, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients. Your main responsibilities will include: - Utilizing ticketing tools such as Service Now, Remedy, and Control M - Resolving queries related to VPN, drivers, O365, driver installations, and Active Directory using voice skills - Possessing CCNA, A+, N+ certifications To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English and be available to work in rotational shifts. Additionally, any prior experience in technical support or service desk roles for at least 1 year will be preferred. Qualifications Required: - Graduates preferably with a Bachelor's degree The salary for this position ranges from 3,00,000 to 5,00,000 per year with additional benefits such as free cab facilities and health insurance. This is a full-time, permanent position with workdays from Monday to Friday.
