Technical Support Sales (Inbound)

You are invited to join Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd as a Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive for the Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) during the US shift. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers facing issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your tasks will involve diagnosing the problems, suggesting suitable solutions, and offering technical support plans and relevant software to the customers. As part of our team, you can enjoy a fixed salary credited on the 1st of every month to your salary account, along with 24 leaves per year, compensatory offs, birthday leaves, attractive incentives, and a friendly working environment. There will be no extension of shift timings, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. To be considered for this position, you should have prior experience in outbound tech support for a minimum of 6 months to 1 year. It is essential to possess the ability to efficiently close your own calls and showcase good convincing and sales skills. Immediate availability for joining is required for all interested candidates. The salary offered for this role ranges from Rs. 15,000 to 22,000 per month (fixed), in addition to substantial incentives. You will be working in the US shift from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, six days a week. The qualification required for this position is HS, and good communication skills are essential. Being flexible for night shifts is also a prerequisite.
