Job Title: Technical Support Executive

Location: Mohali (Bestech Business Towers, Sector 66)
Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (UK Shift)

About the Role:

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically skilled Technical Support Executive to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting expertise, experience with ticketing systems, and prior exposure to supporting international clients. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is essential. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to resolve issues promptly with a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, minimizing downtime for end-users.
• Ticket Management: Manage support tickets efficiently using a ticketing system—log, track, update, and escalate as needed.
• Client Support: Deliver high-quality technical assistance to international clients, ensuring professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Microsoft 365 Expertise: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
