Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

SQL and Linux Mandatory

  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions or remote desktop assistance
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or IT engineers when necessary
  • Document issues, solutions, and updates in the ticketing system
  • Follow up with users to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Assist in maintaining and updating IT documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees (e.g., account setups, hardware provisioning)
