Broad Responsibilities:
A Tech Support Executive provides technical assistance to customers facing issues with software,
platforms, or other technical products. The role primarily involves troubleshooting and resolving technical
problems.
Qualifications:
• BCA/B. Tech and above
Required Skills:
• MySL Database
• Core Java
• Add-on: Basic knowledge of Spring MVC or Spring Boot Key
• Oracle Database and basic knowledge of Linux
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot issues related to software and platforms.
• Document customer issues and solutions in a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex problems.
• Research and identify solutions to new technical challenges.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
