Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Executive, located in the Mohali. The role involves providing technical support, assisting customers with troubleshooting issues, and ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical queries. The Technical Support Executive will act as the first point of contact for customers, maintaining high-quality customer service standards and facilitating smooth communication to address their concerns.

Qualifications

B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc IT, BE, or Polytechnic diploma (after 12th)

Requirements

Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for resolving technical issues efficiently
Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to address client needs effectively
Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and resolve issues with attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and concise interactions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with call center or customer service tools and technologies is a plus
Proven experience in a similar role or a related field is preferred
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Salary Range

20K - 25K CTC
