Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer, CX at Phenom People, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to clients using the revolutionary recruitment software, RX. Your main responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the recruitment software, CX - Collaborating with the development team to identify and resolve complex technical issues - Conducting training sessions for clients on how to effectively use the software - Documenting and tracking all technical support requests and resolutions in the system - Continuously monitoring and improving the overall performance and stability of the software - Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in recruitment technology Qualifications for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the software industry - Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, API, and JavaScript - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Passion for web design, content management systems, self-help, and technical documentation - Strong knowledge of recruitment technology and processes - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed Phenom People offers a supportive work environment with benefits such as health and wellness programs, flexible hours, parental leave, career development opportunities, and various perks at all locations.
