Technical Support Engineer - NSS

Role Overview: You will be required to exhibit a high level of individual initiative and effectively lead a team. Continuously seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and enhance client relationships will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to build a knowledge base of each client's business, organization, and objectives. Managing day-to-day client interaction and effectively communicating with clients to identify their needs will also be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Create or participate in the creation of Support/Solution documentation or UAT testing for Customization & deliverables - Work with the client and/or all stakeholders to ensure changes are understood and approved - Ensure the solution designed meets internal and client expectations regarding quality, delivery timelines, and strategy - If necessary, create customized reporting for the client, team, or stakeholders - Provide guidance for the team with technical architecture as needed - Provide technical leadership for the team through design and code reviews, ensuring the best technical practices are applied - Possess good communication skills and self-confidence - Preferred fluency in English - Ability to take direction from all levels - Proficiency in Application Support, MySql, Networking, Linux, VOIP, SIP Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.
