Technical Support Engineer

As a dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Support Engineer at Linways, you will have the opportunity to play a critical role in helping educational institutions maximize the value of the products. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Understanding the unique needs and challenges of educational institutions and recommending appropriate solutions. - Conducting product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients. - Providing ongoing support and consultation to clients to ensure they fully utilize the products. - Collaborating with the product development team to provide feedback and insights based on client interactions. - Assisting in developing and implementing product strategies that meet market demands and drive client satisfaction. - Staying updated on the latest trends and developments in the EdTech industry to inform and enhance client consultations. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact. Qualifications: - Preference for any of these bachelor's/master's degrees: BCA/MCA, B.Tech/M.Tech, BBA/MBA, M.Sc. - Strong understanding of educational processes and challenges. - Excellent communication (English & Malayalam), presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to translate client needs into actionable product recommendations. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. - Experience with EdTech products and familiarity with educational technology trends is a plus.
