Technical Support Engineer (L2)

Role Overview: As a skilled Technical Support Engineer, your main role will be to provide hands-on technical support to customers with expertise in software installation and basic troubleshooting. Your passion for technology and problem-solving skills will be crucial in ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. You will collaborate with product development and quality assurance teams to identify and resolve software issues. Additionally, you will be required to troubleshoot and resolve hardware & software issues through telephonic & remote tools. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in delivering top-notch customer service.
