Technical Support Engineer (L2)

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer with expertise in software installation and basic troubleshooting. If you possess a passion for technology and a talent for problem-solving, we are interested in your application! Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, providing hands-on technical support to customers for software installation and troubleshooting, and collaborating with product development and quality assurance teams to identify and resolve software issues. Additionally, you should have sound knowledge of software installation and configuration, proficiency in basic troubleshooting techniques, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware & software issues through telephonic & remote tools. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be familiar with customer service principles and practices, and be willing to travel as per project requirements.
