Job Description

As a part of Lenovo, you will be responsible for providing floor support for all queries, handling escalations efficiently, and ensuring timely collection of defective units. Your role will involve driving continuous improvement by identifying root causes of escalated issues and suggesting preventive actions. Additionally, you will manage technical KPIs as per given standards. Key Responsibilities: - Providing immediate resolution to technical, process-related, and policy queries. - Clarifying SOPs for troubleshooting and providing guidance on part compatibility and usage. - Supporting engineers in tool navigation and technical platforms to ensure productivity. - Handling escalations efficiently to prevent customer dissatisfaction and brand impact. - Ensuring timely collection of defective units for root cause analysis and effective closures. - Driving continuous improvement by identifying root causes of escalated cases. - Managing technical KPIs as per given standards. Qualification Experience: - Degree in Information Technology, Hardware, or related discipline. - Sound technical knowledge in troubleshooting hardware issues for laptops, desktops, accessories, headphones, keyboards, etc. - Excellent communication and customer relation skills. - Working hours: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) from 9 am to 6 pm with one day off provided.
