Technical Support Engineer (L2)

As a Data Support Specialist, your role involves analyzing and resolving data-related issues efficiently. You will collaborate with the System Engineer Functional (L1) to determine the root cause of escalated issues through systematic investigation. When necessary, you will prepare SQL queries for data modifications and coordinate with the Support Lead for review and execution while adhering to standard procedures. Your responsibilities also include communicating directly with customers, preferably in the presence of L1, to gather essential information for effective issue resolution. Additionally, you will conduct in-depth analysis at both the application and database levels to ensure a comprehensive understanding and resolution of issues. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and determine the root cause of issues escalated by the System Engineer Functional (L1). - Resolve data-related issues efficiently using SQL queries and following standard procedures. - Coordinate with the IT team to obtain database backups for analysis or testing. - Replicate and resolve issues using backup companies. - Organize departmental meetings and submit accurate meeting reports. - Collaborate with Software Engineers (L3) to resolve development-related bugs. - Propose long-term solutions to enhance product stability in collaboration with the Product Lead (L4) and Support Lead. Skills Required: - Proficiency in SQL and database operations. - Basic knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS. - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. - Business/domain understanding for efficient issue analysis. - Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
