Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for desktop and laptop issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using troubleshooting techniques and tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or other teams when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions using CRM software for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve recurring issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in L1 Support (Technical Voice Process) with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as required by the business needs.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, printers, antivirus software, and basic networking concepts.
