Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote assistance to field teams to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues with Dozee devices.
  • Use diagnostic tools and software such as Grafana, Postman, etc., to remotely assess technical issues.
  • Identify root causes and provide effective solutions or guide field teams in implementing temporary fixes until permanent resolution.
  • Collaborate with field teams, engineering, and product teams to escalate complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
  • Maintain detailed logs of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and communications with field teams.
  • Provide clear instructions to field staff and customers, ensuring understanding of troubleshooting processes and solutions.
  • Stay updated with product updates, troubleshooting techniques, and hardware knowledge for effective support.
  • Provide insights on recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance product reliability and support efficiency.
