You will be employed as a Technical Support cum Telecaller at Manpusph Software LLP, located in Raipur. Your responsibilities will include offering technical assistance to customers, resolving technical issues, addressing customer queries via phone calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be required to make outbound calls to potential customers, elucidating product features, and assisting them with the purchasing process. The ideal candidate should maintain detailed records of customer interactions and diligently follow up on customer inquiries.
