Technical Support Associate(On site- Nagpur)

We are looking for someone who can work with the Engineering Head of the company to ensure top-class technical operations, for both its patients and employees. Most of this work was done by the Engineering Head so far, which he wants to delegate to someone who is capable and responsible enough to handle this role.

The ideal growth path for the candidate would be to ramp on the existing systems as soon as possible, start delivering quality results, and then participate in formulating the next set of projects that can raise the tech excellence bar to a next level. This can serve as a great platform for someone who aspires to grow his career in both functional and technical aspects - a beautiful combination of learning business, human psychology and technology at the same time.

Roles and responsibilities-

• Build thorough understanding of how our audio/video conferencing system works and become a single point of contact for the same.
• Learn in-depth about the troubleshooting required for all patient-facing technology used in the company.
• Talk to and connect with patients whenever required to understand their concerns and help them solve their problems accordingly.
• Be available for any time-sensitive patient related tech concerns.
• Play with our internal tools that can help you get deeper insight into different patient related issues.
• Interact with our internal team of physiotherapists and become the first point of contact for their tech related queries.
• Work directly with the Engineering Head of the company to improve the technical operations of the organization.

Salary- Rs. 20000/month Fixed

Qualification-

A bachelor's or master's degree.

Should have own laptop.
