What You Bring

• 8+ years in a

  techno-functional role

  (TSM, Solutions Consultant, Post-Sales Engineer, etc.).
• Comfort working with

  APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations

  . Enthusiasm with AI.
• Understanding of

  subscription and payment operations

  (chargebacks, declines, reconciliation) or ability and interest to be a self learner on these concepts.
• Strong communicator who can translate technical details for both developers and executives.
• A track record of enabling customer outcomes like adoption, retention, or expansion.
