Technical Specialist

Job Description

As a Technical Specialist, you will lead and contribute to the development of medium-to-high complexity features, ensuring well-structured design specifications and process improvements. You will support peers, drive technical discussions, and resolve challenges within your area of expertise. Strong hands-on experience in React, Core Java, JDBC, Spring, Hibernate, and Kafka is required, along with a solid understanding of data structures. Proficiency in Oracle databases, Unix/Linux environments, and Agile methodologies is essential, while familiarity with PostgreSQL, Apache Pinot, AI/ML, analytics, and network management (L2 layer domain) is preferred. You will own small to medium features, enhancing solutions and ensuring high-quality software development. You Have: Bachelors degree with 3 to 5 years of experience. Expertise in React, Core Java, and JDBC. Experience with Spring and/or Hibernate frameworks is required. Strong understanding and practical application of data structures are necessary. Working knowledge of Kafka is essential. It would be nice if you also had: Familiarity with Oracle databases and PostgreSQL databases is preferred. Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments is preferred. Experience in AI/ML and analytics with Agile methodologies. L2 layer domain knowledge is advantageous. Lead and perform development activities for medium- to high-complexity features. Create design specifications for basic, small-scope, or less complex features. Support peers in completing tasks within their own area(s) of expertise. Lead technical discussions with peers to resolve identified issues within their area(s) of expertise. Improve existing processes and solutions. Own small- to medium-sized features.
