Technical Specialist

In this role with Go Nature, an online/offline community focusing on connecting individuals with nature and sustainable practices, you will be responsible for enhancing business operations and system efficiency through technical expertise and innovative thinking. As a Technical Engineer / Executive based in Agra, your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and managing websites using modern technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress. - Implementing and managing automation tools and processes to optimize workflow efficiency. - Managing and customizing CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) to support marketing and customer engagement. - Collaborating with the marketing team to integrate technical solutions for campaigns, lead tracking, and analytics. - Developing, testing, and maintaining software scripts or applications for business automation. - Performing coding, debugging, and system troubleshooting as needed. - Managing and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.). - Ensuring smooth integration of internal systems, APIs, and databases. - Supporting IT infrastructure, networking, and security operations. - Researching and deploying emerging technologies to enhance productivity and innovation. Required Skills: - Hands-on experience in Automation Tools & Scripting (e.g., Python, Power Automate, or similar). - Strong knowledge of Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress). - Proficiency in CRM Management & Automation (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce). - Expertise in Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables, data analysis). - Solid foundation in Coding, Debugging, and Algorithmic Thinking. - Familiarity with Database Management (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB). - Basic understanding of Networking and IT Systems. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities. - Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Additional Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure). - Experience with API Integration and RESTful services. - Familiarity with Version Control Systems (Git/GitHub). - Basic exposure to Digital Marketing Tools (Google Analytics, SEO, Ads Manager). - Understanding of AI, IoT, or Data Automation technologies. - Basic design sense using Canva, Photoshop, or Figma (optional).
