Job Description

Area(s) of responsibility

As a Configuration Analyst, you should have good experience in business operations within the Banking or Financial Services industry with a focus on Fiserv core banking systems.
You must closely work with vendor towards the business requirements in terms of bank product enhancement and defect fixes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to communicate tactfully and effectively with business users and team members.
Ability to customize Workflows to meet changing business requirements.

Responsibilities

Configure the changes using workflows manager, agent manager and document manager.
Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.

Requirements And Skills

At least 4 years of Banking or Financial Services industry experience in a business operations area.
Experience in Fiserv Aperio, Jira and Service-Now.
Should be a team player and excellent communicator.
