Role & responsibilities

As a Technical Support Engineer II,

you will be responsible for:

Learning and gaining in depth experience in Akamai's Guardicore Segmentation, zero trust network security.
Working as a trusted support partner to resolve customer quesons and issues.
Owning the problem resoluon and collaborang with internal teams.
Leading invesgaons on Akamai's Guardicore Segmentaon and Zero Trust product for customers.
Analyzing existing technical issues on Akamai's Guardicore Segmentation, Zero Trust product, proposing solutions to prevent issues.

Preferred candidate profile

Have 3+ years of experience and a bachelors degree in computer science/Engineering
Have experience providing technical solutions & support to B2B customers.
Have knowledge of the technologies: Linux Operating System (Mandatory), Basic Networking, Virtualization, Cloud Technologies.
Have high availability and a responsiveness mindset.
Have Basic knowledge of any Scripting Languages like Bash, PowerShell, and Python
