Role Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Trainer specializing in consulting services, with a focus on storage and data centre solutions. The trainer will be responsible for equipping sales and pre-sales teams with the technical knowledge and consultative selling skills required to effectively engage with end customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver technical sales training programs covering storage solutions, data centre technologies, and consulting-led sales approaches.
• Develop customized training content, including presentations, use cases, role plays, and assessments aligned with client needs.
• Conduct workshops, bootcamps, and refreshers for sales, pre-sales, and solutioning teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions for sales professionals.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–10+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or sales enablement in the storage and data centre domain.
• Strong knowledge of storage technologies, data centre infrastructure, and related consulting services.
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer or sales enablement specialist.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales leadership, product teams, and solution architects.

Preferred:

• Experience working with enterprise clients or large consulting firms.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (optional but desirable).
