Location: New Delhi ( Udyog Nagar) Experience: 4yrs + Salary offered: 3Lpa - 4Lpa ( rest negotiable as per candidature ) Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Support - Die Casted Products & Automotive Assemblies located in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the sales team, understanding and addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Daily tasks include communicating with customers to provide technical solutions, assisting with sales operations to enhance customer experience, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to die casted products and automotive assemblies. Commercial - quotation and negotiation is must. Qualifications • Technical Sales Support, Sales Operations, and Technical Support skills • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills • Ability to address and resolve technical inquiries and issues • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience in die casted products and automotive assemblies is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
