Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Support Coordinator acts as the liaison between the sales team, customers, and technical departments. They provide pre- and post-sales technical assistance, coordinate project details, and ensure smooth communication to deliver customer satisfaction and drive sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support:
• Assist sales representatives with technical documentation, quotations, proposals, and product information.
• Coordinate with engineering or product teams to ensure accurate specifications are presented to customers.
• Help in preparing bid/tender documents and ensure timely submission.
• Customer Coordination:
• Act as a primary contact for customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and technical issues.
• Handle follow-ups for quotations, product trials, and post-sales feedback.
• Support customer onboarding with necessary technical documentation and training materials.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain sales records, CRM data entry, and customer databases.
• Track order status, delivery timelines, and manage project documentation.
• Generate regular sales performance and customer support reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
