Job Description

As a Technical Sales Manager, your role will involve spearheading strategic customer development across diverse sectors such as automotive, aerospace, industrial, energy, and infrastructure in the Indian market. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of customer projects, preparing detailed quotations and proposals, and conducting market analysis to identify business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and engage customer accounts across various sectors, focusing on strategic growth and engagement. - Manage the execution of customer projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with client expectations. - Prepare detailed quotations and proposals tailored to specific customer requirements and aligned with commercial objectives. - Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed about industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. - Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to drive revenue growth. - Represent the organization and its software solutions at international exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events to effectively communicate the company's value proposition. - Foster strong client relationships through regular visits, feedback gathering, and ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. - Facilitate seamless collaboration and strategic alignment within the sales team for India. Qualifications: - Degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. - Proven track record in software or technical sales with expertise in production control and process management. - Proficiency in Hindi and English for effective negotiation and relationship-building with international stakeholders. - Strong presentation skills and the ability to moderate discussions. - Capability to integrate into international teams and contribute effectively. - Structured, analytical, and pragmatic approach to tasks, focusing on efficiency and results. - Flexible, committed, and assertive team player with a proactive mindset. - Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
