Technical Sales Representative USA

The Technical Sales Representative position based in Mohali, India is a full-time, permanent role with a night shift schedule. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling service plans and tech products to clients located in the United States. The role requires a results-driven mindset to effectively meet sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include interacting with clients through calls and chats to present service plans, understanding customer needs to suggest appropriate plans or software, converting leads into sales, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A sales-oriented mindset with prior experience in upselling is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in selling software, routers, or support plans. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a graduate degree (Bachelors degree preferred) and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in technical sales or BPO sales. In return, we offer a competitive salary package which includes a 10-15% increase on your current cost to company (CTC) along with sales incentives.
