Job Description:

We are hiring Technical Sales Representatives to sell service plans and tech products to US-based clients. A results-driven mindset is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients via calls/chats to pitch service plans.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans/software.
• Convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal & written English.
• Sales mindset with experience in upselling.
• Experience in selling software, routers, or support plans preferred.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 1 year in technical sales or BPO sales.

Salary: 10–15% hike on current CTC + Sales incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,734.61 - ₹35,382.60 per month
