As a Technical Sales Manager (Central Region) for our esteemed client, your role will involve expanding the client base in the automation machinery sector. You should have a solid background in technical sales, particularly in machinery systems like conveyors, packing solutions, and lifting equipment. Extensive travel within the region is required to meet clients, close deals, and maintain long-term business relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and target potential clients in the region. - Present, demonstrate, and explain automation solutions to prospective customers. - Analyze client requirements and propose tailored solutions. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. - Negotiate contracts and efficiently close deals. - Develop strategies to expand the client base in the assigned region. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. - Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities. - Recommend innovative solutions to clients. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 4-7 years of experience in technical sales within the automation machinery industry. - Strong technical knowledge of machinery systems like conveyors, packing, and lifting solutions. - Proficiency in AutoCAD for designing and presenting solutions. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset. - Willingness to travel extensively within the region (70-80%). The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong sales acumen and technical expertise in automation systems. You should be customer-focused, with a track record of building successful client relationships and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule located on-site in Indore, Ujjain, or Bhopal.
