Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Explain laptop specifications, offers, and benefits to customers. Identify customer needs and recommend the right laptop models. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain an updated database of customer information and sales activities. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous customers to encourage repeat business. Handle customer objections and provide satisfactory resolutions. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to maximize conversions. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of telesales or telecalling experience (preferably in electronics or IT products).
