Technical Sales Executive

Ponicone Company is looking for passionate and knowledgeable Technical Sales Officers to promote our high-quality Spirulina Powder in the aquaculture industry.
This role involves helping fish and shrimp farmers improve productivity through effective product use, technical support, and on-field guidance.⸻🔹 Key Responsibilities • Promote and sell Ponicone Spirulina Powder to fish and shrimp farmers, hatcheries, and dealers. • Educate farmers on usage benefits of Spirulina in feed and health improvement. • Conduct farm visits, provide technical support, and collect farmer feedback. • Advise on fish and shrimp farming techniques, pond management, and feeding practices. • Test and monitor water quality parameters (pH, DO, ammonia, salinity, etc.). • Support farmers in maintaining fish and shrimp health conditions. • Build strong relationships with farmers and aquaculture communities in assigned areas.⸻🔹 Required Skills • Knowledge of fish and shrimp farming methods. • Understanding of basic aquatic health and water quality testing. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to travel and work in field conditions. • Passionate about aquaculture and farmer support.⸻🔹 Qualifications • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Fisheries / Aquaculture or related field. • Freshers and experienced candidates welcome. • Candidates familiar with local aquaculture areas preferred.locations:BhimavaramEluruGudivada
