Technical Sales Executive / Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell engineering products, components, or solutions to new and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and propose technically viable solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients.
• Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and provide timely support and service.
• Collaborate with the engineering and service teams for project execution and support.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Travel to customer sites across Odisha and surrounding regions as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical sales or industrial marketing (Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting.
• Self-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Must be willing to travel and hold a valid driving license.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in industrial sales, automation, or engineering services.
• Knowledge of products like pumps, valves, bearing, motors, PLCs, or similar industrial equipment.
