Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Engineer with a background in EC/IC engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical knowledge and customer needs, driving sales growth, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries.
• Promote and sell company products/solutions (electronic systems, control systems, sensors, automation products, etc.).
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical proposals.
• Work closely with the engineering team to customize solutions as per client needs.
• Provide after-sales technical support and handle client queries effectively.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Prepare reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Electronics, Instrumentation, and Control systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in technical sales, application engineering, or customer support in electronics/instrumentation industries.
• Familiarity with automation systems, sensors, control panels, PLC, SCADA, or electronic measuring devices.
• Proficiency in preparing technical documentation, proposals, and quotations.
