Technical Sales Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and engineering teams to provide technical expertise during the sales process. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and supporting the successful implementation of our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients. Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and tender documents with a strong focus on technical accuracy. Respond to technical questions from clients and act as a liaison between the sales team and engineering or product development departments. Evaluate and troubleshoot customer issues, providing pre-sales and limited post-sales technical support. Keep up-to-date with product developments, industry trends, and competitor activity. Provide training and technical guidance to the sales team and customers. Attend client meetings, trade shows, and other events to support sales and customer engagement. Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials with technical insights.
