As a Technical Sales Manager, your role involves spearheading strategic customer development across diverse sectors such as automotive, aerospace, industrial, energy, and infrastructure in the Indian market. Your responsibilities include overseeing project execution, preparing detailed quotations and proposals, conducting market analysis, and identifying new sales opportunities through business development initiatives. You will also represent the organization at international events and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits. Key Responsibilities: - Spearhead strategic growth and engagement of customer accounts across diverse sectors - Oversee execution of customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards - Develop detailed quotations and proposals tailored to specific customer requirements - Conduct market research to understand industry dynamics and competitive landscape - Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling - Represent the organization at international exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events - Engage in regular customer visits to foster strong relationships and gather feedback - Serve as the designated DiIT representative within the Komax sales team for India Qualifications: - Degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or related discipline - Proven track record in software or technical sales with domain knowledge in production control and process management - Proficient in Hindi and English for effective negotiation with international stakeholders - Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and moderating discussions - Ability to integrate into international teams and contribute effectively - Structured, analytical, and pragmatic approach with a focus on efficiency - Flexible, committed, and assertive team player with a proactive mindset - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required,
