Job Description

Job Profile:

  1. Candidate will be responsible for providing

    Technical Support

    in basic assembly at our Pune warehouse (20% of job role).
  2. He will be responsible for providing

    After-Sales support

    on technical front

    - identifying issues and providing solutions (20%).
  3. Providing

    Technical Services

    to the products at the customer end.
  4. He will be responsible for the

    Technical sales

    for the defined territory and Defined business sector (50% of job role) -

    Generating new prospect, creating new customer base, retention of existing customer base, Cross product sales, Customer and Application evaluation, Product marketing.

  5. He will be responsible for doing initial process of

    technical calculus

    (10% of Job role) -

    Data collection from customer, doing process of calculation for model selection, get it verified from his reporting senior, technical - coordination with customer.

Role & responsibilities:

  1. Customer visits and market mapping for new prospects.
  2. Co-ordination with existing customers on daily basis as a part of "CUSTOMER SUPPORT".
  3. Finding new projects and their conversion.
  4. Achieving sales and service targets for indexer business.
  5. Following the Company's protocol to achieve the final goal.
  6. Doing assembly of indexer sub-assemblies.
  7. Doing service and maintenance related activities at customer location.
  8. Doing initial calculus for indexer selection - with provided protocols.
  9. Develop & maintain close relationship with customers at various levels & user departments like Purchase/Stores/Production/Engineering/Design/R&D.

Preferred candidate profile:

  1. Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma with excellent technical knowledge of the subject.

  2. Experience on 1-5 years in similar/same/related product line.

  3. Experience of handling similar sector/customer (Automotive /Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical automation / Automation / SPM's / Automation product / Machine Assembly / Technical sales / Technical service) will be an added advantage.

  4. Techno-Commercial, Sales/BD/Marketing/Engineering/Project oriented

    .
  5. Ready to do

    extensive travelling

    (Locally & aborad)
  6. Good capacity and high interest in learning the New Products/Applications.
  7. Good Capacity to adapt to company culture and perform.
  8. Good English/Hindi language understanding and verbal and written communication.
  9. Knowing local language will be an added advantage.
  10. Basic to Good Knowledge of excel/power point and teams.

Experience in following Sectors will be highly preferred:

Industrial Products/Projects/Machine Tools/Robotics & Automation OR Power Transmission Products/ Components like Indexers, Clutches, Brakes, Indexing Units, Rotary Units, Cams, Gearboxes, Gears, Mechanical Jacks, Couplings ...etc.
