Roles and Responsibilities : Troubleshoot difficult technical problems within specified deadlines Provide online support or over the call for our learners Provide teaching assistance to trainers by conducting assignments/revision continuous course QA Audit the quality of work performed and provide constructive feedback when necessary. Be the first point of escalation. Experience in Linux, Microsoft OS Strong troubleshooting skills in very complex systems Abilityto explain complex IT concepts in simple terms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Abilityto manage high priority projects Qualification : M.Tech 2025 pass-outs (With No backlogs) Working Days: 6 days working.
