Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, from sourcing to hiring for technical roles. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging exceptional talent, managing the recruitment process, and maintaining communication with candidates and stakeholders. Additionally, the recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Expertise in Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in using recruiting tools and platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
