Technical Recruiter-TA

As a Technical Recruiter at our company, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process. Your main responsibilities will include sourcing and contacting candidates, managing the candidate pipeline, scheduling interviews, and providing guidance to junior recruiters. You will need to work efficiently to achieve closure within defined SLAs and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong interpersonal communication skills, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude are key attributes for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Possessing 2+ years of technical recruitment experience. - Contacting candidates, sourcing, following-up with candidates, and managing the candidate pipeline. - Scheduling interviews and briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews. - Working with defined SLAs and achieving closure. - Providing guidance to junior recruiters in the team. - Managing internal and external stakeholders. - Demonstrating strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written. - Working effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. - Being a quick learner and adapting to a fast-changing environment. - Exhibiting a strong work ethic and a personal commitment to high-quality deliverables. - Maintaining a positive attitude, high energy, and flexibility.
