IT Technical Recruiter - Indian IT Staffing Job Location: Hinjewadi, Pune Mode of Work: Office (Onsite) Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday) Experience: 3-8 Years Employment Type: Full-time Notice Period: Looking for Immediate Joiners Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled IT Technical Recruiter with experience in Indian IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across a wide range of IT skills, including vanilla skills, niche skills, and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding. • Talent Sourcing: Use job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases to identify potential candidates. • Requirement Gathering: Work closely with hiring managers/clients to understand job requirements and deliver the right talent. • Candidate Screening: Conduct technical and behavioral screening to assess skills and cultural fit. • Job Posting & Database Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for IT roles. • Negotiation & Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations, notice period discussions, and onboarding coordination. • Industry Research: Stay updated on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and in-demand technologies. Key Skills Required: • Experience in Indian IT staffing. • Strong knowledge of IT recruitment for vanilla (Java, .NET, Python, etc.), niche (AI, ML, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, etc.), and emerging technologies. • Hands-on experience with contract, permanent, and C2H hiring models. • Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, and GitHub. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Any graduate or post-graduate with relevant experience in IT staffing. • Prior experience in domestic IT staffing across multiple industries. Attractive incentives .
