About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for technical roles 2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers 3. Maintain up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database 4. Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process 5. Post job openings and support recruitment campaigns across multiple platforms 6. Work closely with the hiring team to understand current and future staffing needs Requirements: 1. Hold a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, computer science, or a related field (preferred) 2. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills 3. Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment 4. Show a basic understanding of technical recruitment and IT roles 5.
