- Manage full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume, fast-paced BPO environment
- Source candidates for roles such as Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support Agents, Sales Agents, and Team Leaders
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including mass hiring events, job fairs, social media campaigns, and employee referrals
- Assess essential BPO skills, including communication, comprehension, technical aptitude, typing speed, and schedule flexibility
- Conduct interviews, coordinate with candidates, and negotiate offers
- Ensure a smooth pre-employment and onboarding handoff

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
