Technical Project Owner

As a Technical Product Owner at our company, you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in expanding our service offerings by effectively coordinating and communicating with all relevant business areas throughout the product development lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead standard agile development ceremonies and backlog management - Manage cross-team (dev, design, product, etc.) initiatives - Translate high-level product requirements into detailed requirements and practical work guidelines for engineering teams - Help scope projects and provide high-level estimations - Serve as the single point of contact for project information & status - Proactively identify and address issues and open items - Create and maintain a master project schedule in partnership with engineering - Ensure clear ownership of all project tasks and timelines - Adjust project schedules with Eng leads and communicate impact as plans change - Run effective meetings, set agendas, send detailed follow-ups, and drive decisions - Define engineering tactics such as work breakdown, teams involved, reprioritizing maintenance backlog, and achievable benchmarks - Conduct Transfer of Information (TOI) sessions **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience in project management - 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a B2B/SaaS organization - 2+ years of experience in Agile & Scrum processes - Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills - Solid knowledge and practical experience with project management, agile software development, software engineering, and designing reliable and scalable web-based, high-volume data applications - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience working with multiple geographies using collaboration tools - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field - Experience with business applications and software development management applications such as Jira, Word, Excel, and/or Project Join our team at ServiceChannel, a company that empowers many leading brands in various industries to manage their brick-and-mortar facilities.
