Technical Project Owner

Responsibilities:

Project Ownership:

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical project delivery in healthcare domain projects.
• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, timelines, and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams, to define project objectives and requirements.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide guidance on technical architecture, design decisions, and best practices for cloud-based solutions, primarily on AWS.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to optimize project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements specific to healthcare projects.

Agile Delivery:

• Drive Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and architects to deliver high-quality releases.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.

Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain clear and continuous communication with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Provide regular status updates, highlight risks, issues, and escalations, and recommend solutions.
• Align project goals with organizational strategy and healthcare compliance requirements.

Process Improvement & Quality:

• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, team productivity, and product quality.
• Promote best practices in project management, Agile methodologies, and cloud-based solution delivery.
• Ensure proper documentation of technical designs, decisions, and project artifacts.
