Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with defined milestones and deliverables.
• Lead daily scrums, allocate tasks, and track progress across the team.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost effectively.
• Monitor and report project performance using the right tools and techniques.
• Coordinate with Developers, Testers, Designers, and other stakeholders across the SDLC.
• Drive problem-solving during implementation and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure on-time delivery by aligning resources and priorities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation for transparency and alignment.

Skilled Required :-

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in FinTech projects (LOS/LMS experience a plus).
• Certified Scrum Master with a solid background in Agile methodology.
• Understanding of product development lifecycles, including front-end and back-end technologies.
• Good knowledge of relational database technologies.
• Experience in vendor management and managing third-party collaborations.
• Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and testing experience.
• Organized, process-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Curious and open to learning about new technologies and industry innovations.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certification/Diploma in Project Management is an added advantage.
