Description
Role & responsibilities Plan and lead execution of cross-functional programs as per technical/business roadmap that involve multiple teams within the organization or external. Evolve timelines for launches, make priority trade-offs, unblock cross team dependencies and drive delivers as per timelines working with respective stakeholders Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task, and workflow analysis and/or viewpoints. Use all the inputs to decide project scope. As a project manager, you will collaborate with colleagues from Business, Sales, Solution Architects and Engineers across teams to build and enhance the software development capabilities of organization Preferred candidate profile Minimum 10 years of total experience out of which 7 years of experience should be as technical program/project manager preferably with track record of executing cross functional software products having gone through full project development cycle Minimum 2 -3 years of software development experience Should have good understanding of software development processes, program level productivity metrics, technologies, and industry best practices Should have good technical expertise on UI/UX, mobile/frontend/voice apps, backend, data engineering, data science, DevOps, IT operations & quality assurance Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in computer science and engineering/IT PMP Certification preferred
