Technical Project Manager - Software Engineering

As a seasoned professional, you will manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. You will serve as the bridge between engineering teams and key stakeholders, driving projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage product and software engineering projects. - Translate customer needs into clear requirements and negotiate priorities. - Foster a respectful and empathetic engineering culture. - Collaborate with principal engineers to deliver best-in-class products. - Provide hands-on support to engineering teams, removing obstacles and guiding them to success. - Work with a range of technologies including Node.js, Java, Python, React.js, and Angular. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of cloud architecture and Agile methodologies. Qualifications Required: - 8 to 15+ years of relevant project management experience, with at least 5 years in a technical or IT environment. - Strong background in software development using Node.js, Java, or JavaScript Fullstack. - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. - Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project. - Strong understanding of software development processes and system architecture. - Good knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices. - Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Preferred certifications: PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant certifications.
